• to protect the serenity of the area suites will have no stereos or TVs

• Condor suite has sole access to the kitchen, complete with various kitchen tools.

• A cleaning fee of $15 will be charge for unwashed dishes.

• All guests are liable for damage to the rooms

• Reservation Policy: One nights' fee. Cancellations must be in writing 30 days prior to arrival.

• No smoking or pets permitted. No camping allowed on the property.

 

Policies: Guests must use alcohol responsibly and loud disturbances will not be tolerated in respect for other guests and your host. Owner reserves the right to evict guests causing problems. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Breakfast is not included with whole house rentals, Condor suite rental or a combination of the Condor suite and one room below (a full kitchen is available instead).

Reservation Policy: To hold a booking as confirmed we require one nights' room rate. No fee is charged if cancelled via email 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival will not be refuned. A $25 re-booking fee is charged between 14 and 30 days in advance of your booking. Cancellations must be in writing. Damage security is required.
